February 28 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm +04

About the Event:

This class will discuss how to make sense of international law after the ICJ’s Advisory Opinion on Kosovo and will discuss the key international law positions concerning self-determination and the legitimacy of secession.

The discussion will focus on whether these offer a coherent and consistent legal framework to address the blooming claims of secession around the world, from Catalonia to Abkhazia and Donbas and Quebec to Artsakh.
