About the Event:
The workshop will provide a glimpse into the complex field of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), exploring the rationale and driving forces behind M&A. The structures of M&A deals, the legal and practical considerations underlying such transactions, and their implications will be discussed. M&A trends of leading economies in 2024 will also be explored.
