Why is Good Ethics Good Business

About the Event:
Good ethics is the fourth dimension for optimizing business decisions. We will focus on business ethics from both a leadership and an organizational perspective. What does it take to be an ethical leader? Many executives think that the organization’s culture is what they want it to be or that it is what is written on posters, manuals, etc. The reality is that the culture is what the top executives actually do! Employees model, that is, emulate, what their bosses do. The top leader, therefore, is ultimately responsible for the ethical behavior of his employees and the organization as a whole.
