Open Class: European Convention on Human Rights: The Right to a Fair Trial

About the Event:
During this class, students will explore the main principles of the right to a fair trial, such as access to a court, adversarial trial, equality of arms, presumption of innocence, independent and impartial tribunal, and trial within a reasonable time.
