Join us for an insightful discussion on “Current Trends in the Legal Market and Deal-Making in the U.S.” with AUA LL.M. alumnus Hayk Mamajanyan. This event will provide valuable insights into the career path, prevailing issues, obstacles, and challenges in the U.S. legal market, as well as current conditions and challenges in deal making within U.S. private markets.
During the discussion, Mamajanyan will share his experience, career path, and future plans with the attendees. The discussion will be followed by an engaging Q&A session where you will have the opportunity to address your questions to the speaker.
About the Speaker:
Hayk Mamajanyan is a corporate, venture capital, and mergers & acquisitions partner at Rimon. He focuses on strategic and transactional matters acting both as a legal advisor and a strategic partner for his clients. Mamajanyan represents entrepreneurs, enterprises, high-net-worth individuals, and investors principally in technology and other related industries. He advises early and late-stage companies in various business matters as their external general counsel.
Prior to joining Rimon, Mamajanyan gained valuable experience in local and cross-border deals and successfully represented startups, funds, investors, large financial institutions in corporate and project financing transactions for more than $700 million in the aggregate. He is also an avid technology enthusiast and angel investor and a member of several angel investor networks.
Mamajanyan earned graduate law degrees from UCLA School of Law, the University of Oxford (U.K.), and AUA. He also served as an adjunct professor at AUA, teaching corporate and finance law courses.
