The Role of Genetics and Epigenetics in Modern Medicine
July 19, 2023 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm +04
About the Event:
Achievements in modern medicine would have been impossible without progress in science. The scientific and technological explosion that started in the 20th century in the field of genetics led to transformative developments in medicine. The rapid evolution of epigenetics further influenced modern medicine, allowing a deeper understanding of the roles of genetic inheritance and environment in health and disease. Also, it allows us to have more accurate diagnoses and more effective prevention and treatment.
Join us as we discuss the role of genetics and epigenetics in modern medicine.
