Farewell Reception for President Boghosian

Please join us in honoring and thanking AUA President Dr. Bruce M. Boghosian, who will step down as President of the American University of Armenia in mid July.  President Boghosian will be returning to his faculty position at Tufts University.

The reception will take place on Tuesday, June 17, at 11AM, in AUA’s Alex & Marie Manoogian Hall, to thank him for almost four years of outstanding dedicated service not only to AUA but also to the Republic of Armenia.

We will be reflecting on some of the many accomplishments and advancements President Boghosian has made for our institution: almost doubling the student population, the launch of the new undergraduate program in 2013, the new Master’s program in economics, and the Extension program expanding with thousands of students across Armenia and the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, with programs for students, military, and rural entrepreneurs, thanks to the new classroom facilities in Stepanakert, Gyumri, and Dilijan.
