About the Event:
The COVID-19 pandemic has plunged the world into a massive health and economic crisis. While the measures initiated by governments (including Armenia’s) are crucial in terms of preserving public health, those inevitably cause significant harm to businesses, some of which might bring investment claims against the states arising out of pandemic related measures.
