Guest speaker session for HR Management course: This is the third of guest speaker sessions for Human Resources Management course. The talk is entitled “Best Practices in Recruitment-Industry and Firm perspective: KPMG Armenia” and will be delivered by Sona Martirosyan, Head of HR department, Senior Manager KPMG Armenia cjsc.

Sona Martirosyan is a Senior Manager in KPMG Armenia. After more than 13 years with KPMG Sona has gained a notable success managing and leading a broad range of corporate HR initiatives.

Result-driven HR professional with notable success managing and leading a broad range of corporate HR initiatives while participating in planning, analyzing and implementing solutions in support of business objectives in Armenia, Georgia and CIS. Experience in managing HR restructuring  projects for large offices, implementing performance development tools , comprehensive HR strategic development initiatives.

Over the past seven years she has been leading the HR practice in Armenia with a regional (Georgia) HR role. Sona has MA degree from Yerevan State University and  recently studied CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel development) at ICS in UK. 

Participated in a large number of courses, trainings, conferences in people management, soft skills, HR related topics in UK, Poland, Vienna, Portugal, Russia, Armenia and is author of various publications/articles related to HRM.
