How to Start a Startup

Zaven and Sonia Akian College of Science and Engineering and AUA Entrepreneurship and Product Innovation Center co-organize a workshop on how to start a startup. The workshop is designed to be a crash course in starting a web startup from scratch. Zero prior programming experience or CS background is necessary. Once you’ve learned the ropes you’ll be ready to start a startup of your own!

Instructor: Armen Petrosian
Armen Petrosian is the founder and CEO of Streamable.com, an online video platform based in New York with over 50 million monthly viewers. He was previously founder and CTO of PlugShare (acquired in 2014). Over his career, Armen has raised millions of dollars from the world’s top VC funds and has launched dozens of web and mobile products. Armen is a Stanford University graduate.
