  • How to prepare for the job interview,
  • How to impress the interviewer/potential employer with 20 minutes,
  • How to deal with tricky and complicated questions and tasks during the interview,
  • How to fully reveal your potential competencies and strength during a job interview.

Methodology:
This training is communicative and learning-centered the major focus of which is the participant. Most of the training will built upon practical assignments, discussion and reflection.

Key Outcomes:

Upon completion of this training, participants will:
– Be aware of your own potential and strength as an interviewee
– Build confidence

– Address complex and tricky questions and tasks during the interview

  • Types of interviewers and job interviews – scenarios
  • Types of job interview questions
  • Personal strength and weaknesses as a job interviewee
  • Verbal and non-verbal communication
  • Pre and post-interview attitudes

About the Trainer:

Liana Ohanyan is the Head of Human Resource Management Department at Zigzag Ltd. (http://www.zigzag.am/). She has 13 years of experience in People Management sector both on local and international levels.  

Zigzag is the leading electronics trading company in Armenia, 21 years in local market representing such company products as Sony, Samsung, Bosch, Miele, Panasonic, SEB Group, Liebherr, and other.
