A Modern Look at Technology and Management

YEREVAN, Armenia – On October 1, 2015, the American University of Armenia (AUA) welcomed Armen Gevorkian, co-founder of Symphony Business Integrator, for a lecture on “Business Process Management: A Modern Look at Technology and Management.”

Mr. Gevorkian introduced Symphony Business Integrator, a consulting company and leader in the realm of Business Process Management (BPM). He discussed the company’s plans in Armenia and also commented on how technology can bring new value to corporate BPM software.

Armen Gevorkian has worked for several top international companies such as Mars and IBM, during which he led many technological projects. He then joined world leading BPM vendor, PegaSystems, and spent the next five years developing business in the United Kingdom, Europe, Russia and other CIS countries. 

Armen then co-founded Symphony Business Integrator, a niche company that specializes in consulting services and BPM implementations. He now serves as Managing Partner, where he leads the technology consulting practice. Born in Yerevan, Armen graduated from Yerevan State Engineering University with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
