About the Speaker:
Dr. Sharon Anoush Chekijian has been working as assistant professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the Yale School of Medicine since 2007. She is also a Fulbright Scholar at AUA School of Public Health (SPH). Her research interests lie in global emergency medicine and include emergency care system development in low- and middle-income countries; unintentional injury prevention in low- and middle-income countries; as well as stroke and cardiac care in low- and middle-income countries.
