Join an exclusive open discussion with 2019 Aurora Prize Laureate and Co-Founder of Air Bridge Iraq Mirza Dinnayi, moderated by AUA College of Humanities and Social Sciences Professor Dr. Arman Tatoyan on Thursday, July 14 at 5:00pm at AUA’s Manoogian Hall.
About the Speaker:
Yazidi activist Mirza Dinnayi dedicated his whole life to saving the victims of the Iraq war, evacuating women and children from territories controlled by ISIS and providing those with rehabilitation and support. He personally transports people to safety and delivers food and water to isolated areas, even after surviving a helicopter crash.
