About the Speaker:
Dmitri Kazantsev is a solution specialist. 2011-2020, he worked at Viavi Solutions and was responsible for technical consultancy in the communication systems test solutions business. 2011-2017, he was a public speaker at LTE 4G conferences in Moscow. 2008-2011, he was a principal level engineer and Qualcomm Wireless Academy instructor, responsible for delivering technology education programs to service providers and 3G/4G networks optimization. 2002-2008, he was an optimization system engineer responsible for 3G cdma2000 network optimization. 1999-2002, he was a test lead engineer at Globalstar responsible for the deployment of Globalstar ground gateways of the Globalstar satellite communication system.
