About the Speaker:

From 2011 to 2020, he was a Solution Specialist at Viavi Solutions, where he was responsible for technical consultancy in the communication systems test solutions business (radio mobile systems, Fiber Optic test systems, and others). He also served as a public speaker at LTE 4G and other conferences in Moscow from 2011-2017. From 2008 – 2011, he held the position of Principal level engineer and Qualcomm Wireless Academy Instructor at Qualcomm, where he delivered technology education programs to service providers and oversaw 3G/4G networks optimization. From 2002 to 2008, he was an optimization system engineer at Alcatel-Lucent responsible for 3G cdma2000 network optimization. From 1999 to 2002, he worked at GlobalStar as a test lead engineer, where he was responsible for the deployment of Globalstar ground gateways of the Globalstar satellite communication system.
