Nitzan Yudan will share the story of founding Benivo from 2 employees and no clients to 60 employees and 50 clients, focusing on the growth in Armenia. The talk will include successes, failures, lessons learned, Benivo’s unique framework to achieve innovation and win clients – Sell, Solve, Scale, and advice about fundraising and pivoting based on the experience in raising $15m from Venture Capital and Angel investors.
