Initiative Webinar "Health Informatics Projects" by OCE for Transformative Health Solutions

About the Event:

The AUA Open Center for Transformative Health Solutions continues its series of Initiative Seminars on Health Informatics in collaboration with the Avetis Health Informatics Fellowship Program. This time we are going to discuss two health informatics projects:

1) international normalized ratio (INR) control after mechanical valve replacement: eHealth solutions and

2) electronic quantification and management for laboratory supplies for TB in the National Center of Pulmonology.

About the Speakers:

  • Kristine Poghosyan is a fellow of the Avetis Health Informatics Fellowship in Armenia. She is also a cardiologist at Nork-Marash Medical Center. Her educational background includes a medical degree in cardiology from Yerevan State Medical University and a master’s in public health from AUA.
  • Ruzanna Movsesyan is a fellow of the Avetis Health Informatics Fellowship in Armenia. She is also a chief specialist at the National center of pulmonology, individual consultant for the implementation of training on uploading data into the electronic healthcare system under the Breast Cancer and Breast Mammography Screening Pilot Program for primary care physicians. Her educational background includes a master’s degree in engineer programming from the State Engineering University of Armenia and a master’s degree in business administration in healthcare management from Yerevan State Medical University after Mkhitar Heratsi.
