About the Speaker:
Zarmine Zeitountsian is an adjunct lecturer at the American University of Armenia (AUA). She currently teaches Advertising Management, Sales Management, and Tourism Management at AUA, and Tourism Marketing, Branding, and Consumer Behavior at the Public Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia. Zeitountsian also holds various training courses for integrated community development funded by EU programs. With extensive background in international finance, non-profit management, the private sector, and academia, her track record includes entrepreneurial and marketing leadership in the United States, Russia, and Armenia. She has conducted over 25 industry analysis in various sectors and originated, evaluated, and underwrote transactions related to traditional commercial lending, long-term mortgage financing, and asset-based loans, providing risk assessment, structuring credit terms, and coordinating the due diligent effort.
