Classroom Observations: Train to be a Peer Observer

About the Event:
This Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) event will highlight the importance and benefits of classroom observations. The event will specifically provide hands-on training to make all attendees CTL-certified Peer Observers. The idea behind this active event is to help all instructors develop a mindset of continuous improvement.
What faculty will get out of this event:

Certification on how to conduct peer observation

Ability to help others and oneself in the faculty evaluation process
