CHSS 233: Creative Production Course Final Presentations

About the Event: 

The students of the CHSS 233: Creative Production course will present their final projects, which they have produced throughout the semester under the guidance of course instructor and adjunct lecturer Armine Abrahamyan (artistic name: Armine Anda) and teaching associate Iren Stepanyan. During the event, students will showcase their completed creative works and discuss the process of their creation. A total of twelve group projects will be presented, covering a wide range of formats and genres.

Student projects include:

Escape the Tales — a fantasy board game inspired by Armenian fairy tales by Nare Melkumyan, Varsenik Yengibaryan, Tamara Podosyan, and Elen Vardanyan

Blinded — a silent short film focusing on the topic of domestic violence by Yeva Stepanyan, Liana Hovhannisyan, Anna Shamrikova, and Lilit Harutyunyan

Shadows of Freedom — a shadow art installation project by Areg Khachatryan, Narek Nurijanyan, and Narek Hakobyan

Ephemeral — a silent short film in which a person’s life unfolds in a brief yet powerful journey by Ani Karapetyan and Zhanna Tigranyan

“Back to Inferno” — a song in a classic rock/blues style by Arthur Neyman and Yelizaveta Babayan

Songs of the Forgotten — a short story collection set in a fantasy world where magic comes through sacrificing memories by Tsovinar Tadevosyan, Sereen Sipan, and Gohar Khlghatyan

Feel and See — a board game exploring emotional associations between Armenian paintings and poems by Mariam Dovlatyan and Natalie Manvelyan

Mystery Box — a series of unboxing videos that tell emotional stories through unusual hidden items by Lilya Hovhannisyan and Syuzanna Hovhannisyan

The Final Message — a short film about a misunderstood situation by Davit Barseghyan, Mikayel Apoyan, and Ayk Kazaryan

“The Wind Song” — a song about Armenian mountains and adventures by Aram Grigoryan, Ani Khachatryan, Vahram Dressler, and Luiza Stepanyan

Nameless: The Echo of the Forgotten Name — a fairy tale book about a boy whose name was forgotten by everyone by Mariana Mkhitaryan and Anna Akulyan

Coffee & Creativity — a magazine focusing on trending and creative topics among youth by Margarita Gayseryan and Martin Palanjyan

The event will take place on May 13 at 3:00 p.m. in Manoogian Hall.
