About the Speaker:
Lusine Yeghiazaryan is the vice president of advisory services, risk and controls at GoPro, Inc. Yeghiazaryan’s expertise in technology and biotechnology industries includes board governance, pre-IPO readiness, M&A due diligence, design of processes and controls, operational and risk management, financial strategy and reporting as well as executive- and board-level communications. She holds an MBA (finance and strategy) from Berkeley Haas School of Business and is currently Berkeley SkyDeck accelerator advisor. Over her career Yeghiazaryan has acquired international experience from the UK, France, Germany, Russia, Armenia, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Hong Kong, Philippines, and Japan.
