YEREVAN, Armenia — The American University of Armenia (AUA) is pleased to announce the results of the 2025 Three-Month After Graduation Survey, revealing that a vast majority of the 2025 graduates successfully transitioned into the workforce or advanced studies shortly after completing their degrees.
According to the data, 93.1% of graduate alumni and 85.5% of undergraduate alumni who participated in the survey reported being employed, self-employed or enrolled in further education within three months after graduation.
The survey was administered by the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment in collaboration with the Office of the Registrar and the Office of Alumni Relations. The findings are based on response rates of 67.4% from graduate alumni and 87.6% from undergraduate alumni who graduated in January, June, and August 2025.
Among the survey’s most striking findings was a 100% employment and self-employment rate among alumni from several graduate programs including the Master of Business Administration, Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and Systems Management, Master of Public Health, and Master of Arts in Human Rights and Social Justice.
At the undergraduate level, the Bachelor of Science in Data Science program led with a 96,7% rate of graduates engaged in employment or further studies. The Bachelor of Science in Computer Science followed at 88.8%, and the Bachelor of Science in Nursing reached 88.9%.
Conducted each semester after graduation, this survey aims to help the University engage in continuous assessment of its academic programs and understand graduates’ experiences in starting their career and further studies.
