YEREVAN, Armenia — The American University of Armenia (AUA) recently celebrated the successful conclusion of a workshop led by a group of talented students from the Master of Science in Management and Analytics (MSMA) program. The session focused on key takeaways from their participation in the Blended Intensive Program (BIP) held in Prague, Czech Republic.
Led by Anna Movsisyan (MSMA ’27), Anna Alaverdyan (MSMA ’27), Lusine Aghinyan (MSMA ’27), Anna Hovhannisyan (MSMA ’27), and Alla Amirkhanyan (MSMA ’26), the workshop served as a bridge between international experience and local application. The students presented the strategic solutions they developed for various European companies, emphasizing the rapidly evolving role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in modern Human Resources (HR).
Under the leadership of MSMA Program Chair Dr. Sevag Agop, the program continues to prioritize high-level international exposure as a cornerstone of the student experience. By participating in the BIP exchange, students gained firsthand experience in how global organizations integrate AI to streamline HR processes and enhance data-driven decision-making.
“The MSMA program is specifically designed to offer these unique exchange opportunities, ensuring our students are not just local experts, but global competitors,” said Dr. Agop. “Seeing our students return from Prague and share these sophisticated AI strategies with the AUA community is a testament to the program’s vision of practical, world-class education.”
During the workshop, the students presented proposed solutions for international business challenges encountered in the Czech Republic. They also discussed AI integration and o how technology is reshaping talent management and HR practices globally. Participants further shared insights on how the MSMA curriculum, guided by Dr. Agop, prepares students for international consulting roles through hands-on exchange programs.
The event highlighted the vibrant academic environment at AUA and the University’s mission to prepare students for the global workforce. We look forward to seeing how our MSMA cohort continues to apply these international insights to the Armenian business landscape.
