YEREVAN, Armenia — The American University of Armenia (AUA) is pleased to share the results of the 2024 Three-Month After Graduation Survey. According to it, the vast majority of the 2024 graduates who participated in the survey successfully transitioned into employment or further education within three months of graduation. The survey results were administered by the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment in collaboration with the Office of the Registrar and the Office of Alumni Relations.

The three-month after graduation survey shows that 85.8% of graduate alumni and 88.0% of undergraduate alumni who participated in the survey were either employed or pursuing further studies shortly after completing their degrees. The survey gathered responses from alumni who graduated in January, June, and August 2024, with response rates of 67.7% for graduate alumni and 84.6% for undergraduate alumni.

Among graduate respondents, 82.3% were employed within three months, with female alumni (83.8%) reporting slightly higher employment rates than their male counterparts (79.5%). Of those employed, 87.1% held full-time positions, and 26.9% reported working in more than one job. Additionally, 9.7% of graduate alumni applied for further studies, with an acceptance rate of 72.7%.

Undergraduate outcomes also reflected positive trends. Within three months of graduation, 73.1% of respondents were employed, including 78.2% of female graduates and 64.4% of male graduates. Among the employed, 77.2% held full-time roles and 23.4% worked in multiple jobs. A notable 42.9% of undergraduate respondents applied for further education, and 92.8% of those applicants were accepted.

Conducted each semester after graduation, this survey plays a key role in helping the University assess academic programs and gain insights into graduates’ early career and educational experiences.
