YEREVAN, Armenia On August 31, 2020, Ayb Educational Foundation launched a new interactive visualization dashboard that allows researchers to dive deep into the historical data of contests like the Kangaroo International Math Contest, the Meghu Armenian Language Contest, and the Russian Bear Cub—School Contest of Russian Language.

The inaugural event featured the presentation of research conducted by Habet Madoyan, Vahe Movsisyan, and Irshat Madyarov of the American University of Armenia (AUA), along with inspirational speeches and student contests.

The event touched on issues in education that have their solutions rooted in research and emphasized the importance of research for gaining a more solid foundation in decision-making. Under this general scope, a dashboard was presented that was created by Datamotus, a company founded by Habet Madoyan (AUA BS in Data Science program chair) and Vahe Movsisyan (AUA adjunct lecturer), in collaboration with Ayb Educational Foundation.

Madoyan and Movsisyan presented their research findings from a large amount of data compiled from the Kangaroo contest organized by Ayb Educational Foundation for school children of Armenia and Artsakh.

The research presented at this event was conducted in collaboration with the AUA College of Science and Engineering (CSE), the Data Science Program, and Ayb Educational Foundation.

The event was recorded on Facebook Live.
