Workshop on Mediation: How Does the Process of Mediation Work?
November 6, 2019 @ 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm +04
About the Event:
This workshop offers an introduction to mediation theory and skills through lecture, discussion, and role-plays. Mediation practice is developing quite rapidly and is increasingly perceived as an efficient method of resolving disputes. In 2015, National Legislation on Mediation was adopted in Armenia introducing in-court and out-of-court mediation systems. It is also provided for an enforcement process for mediated settlement agreements.

She received an advanced mediator skills training from the Central European University in Hungary and successfully completed a mediator skills training and assessment for CEDR Accreditation of the Center for Effective Dispute Resolution. Poghosyan is certified as a mediator by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia.
