YEREVAN, Armenia – On Earth Day, April 22, 2014, TUMO Center for Creative Technologies invited Director of the American University of Armenia (AUA)’s Acopian Center for the Environment Alen Amirkhanian to talk to kids about environmentally sustainable cities. More than seventy 12 to 15 year-old kids dropped by for his hour-long talk. “Being an urban planner, the topic of green cities is among my favorites. Finding these young kids so engaged was very inspiring,” says Amirkhanian.
