YEREVAN, Armenia – On March 28, 2014, the American University of Armenia (AUA)’s Office of Alumni Relations and Career Development organized a tour of Coca-Cola HBC Armenia’s factory and head office for students participating in their Graduate Trainee Program. The tour was given by AUA alumnus and CEO of Coca-Cola HBC Armenia (MBA ’94) Gagik Danielian. Coca-Cola’s Graduate Trainee Program is a two-year program that gives newly graduated students the opportunity to launch their career at Coca-Cola HBC Armenia without prior work experience.

During the meeting, Danielian answered students’ questions about his experience working in the company, sharing that his AUA education gave him the opportunity to turn his entry-level position at Coca-Cola into a successful career.

Danielian and the company’s HR representatives spoke about the work environment at Coca-Cola HBC Armenia and shared their visions for the company’s future. This gave the students an insider’s perspective on what to expect in their future careers.

Students learned about the company’s industrial processes and logistics during a tour of the manufacturing and storage facilities. They left the tour with a new perspective into the life of a Coca-Cola HBC Armenia employee and the enthusiasm to begin their careers at the company.
