The Psychology of Building a Successful Career by Astghik Sargsian

This vibrant and interactive workshop is meant for determined students/graduates who strive for a successful career.  The workshop points out common issues on the career map such as finding the right job, coping with failure at work, handling professional relationships, effectively building competencies for promotion and visiting reliable solutions to presented challenges on the psychological “GPS” of career building. 

Learning outcomes: 

• defining what success at work actually means
• identifying strengths and skills in order choose the career that fits best 
• changing perspectives on failure, by learning from mistakes
• knowing the importance of healthy relationships at work, and how to maintain them

Duration: 1.5 hours. 

Pre-requisites: Attendees are invited to bring to the workshop topical questions of interest and concern. 

The workshop is facilitated by Astghik Sargsian, writer, researcher, local leader of Aglow International and lecturer in Creative Thinking, Creative Writing Psychology and Success & Achievement at Yerevan State University of Linguistics and Social Sciences.
