Annual Public Speaking Competition
The King’s Speech club with the sponsorship and support of the Jinishian Memorial Foundation and The American University of Armenia will hold its national public speaking competition called “Voice of Youth”. The final round of the competition will take place on Saturday September 26 at 14:00 pm at Alex Manoogian Hall.
The Jinishian Memorial Foundation and the American University of Armenia have long been contributing to the development of the cultures of free speech and public speaking through education and civic engagement.
The Voice of Youth has taken place for two consecutive years in Armenia, with seminar activity and competitions in Yerevan, Gyumri, Armavir and Vanadzor. This year’s competition has benefited around 40 participants from 4 cities of Armenia with 12 finalists who will compete during the final round on September 26. The Voice of Youth aims to develop a more sustainable public speaking and communication culture and also support and enhance platforms of free speech in Armenia.
