SCRUM-How Does it Work in Reality

About the Event:
There is always a gap between the Scrum as it is described in the books and how it is implemented in reality of tech companies. Even more interesting is the fact that different companies implement Scrum in different ways and some companies during the implementation even mix Scrum with Kanban aspects.
Dmitry Brodsky wants to share and discuss with you reasons to those paradigms based on his experience from last 10 years in tech companies and focus on last 2 years’ experience as CTO of Benivo (formerly Flat-Club).
About the Speaker:
Dmitry Brodsky has been the CTO of Benivo since 2015. Within 15 months, Benivo established a development team from zero to 25 members in Armenia replacing the original outsourced team. Prior to Benivo, Dmitry was the Development Group leader at Swiftness and held a technical leadership role at Hot. He received his Bachelor’s degree in computer science from Bar-Ilan University and has a Global MBA with a specialty in innovation and entrepreneurship from the Interdisciplinary Center of Herzliya, Israel.
