Public Presentation on the Growing Gender Gap in Armenia

The growing gender gap in Armenia has caused some major concern with donor agencies. The College of Humanities & Social Sciences has invited The UN agencies of UNFPA/UNDP/UNHCR/UNICEF to present their research, and results from a recent survey to demonstrate current issues regarding gender roles in the workplace, sex selected abortions, domestic violence, and other social conflicts which widens the gender gap in Armenia.
Each UN agency representative will present their findings for 15 minutes to be followed by a panel discussion.
