Public Lecture: The Crisis and New Growth Model

IMG_1504David Sargsyan’s public lecture is about the 2008 Crisis – its causes and consequences for the World Economy and the search of a New Growth Model for the World and Armenian Economy. The lecture will be followed by a Q&A session.

David Sargsyan, Former Minister of Finance of Armenia, AUA Lecturer, CFO Ardshinbank. Mr. Sargsyan has over 20 years experience working in public and private sectors and as a financial regulator. Formerly Minister of Finance of Armenia and Secretary of the Cabinet, Mr. Sargsyan is currently serving as Professor in AUA for 2016 Spring session. He holds a PhD in Economics from Yerevan State Institute of Economy where main topics of interest are: macroeconomics, institutional economics, multicultural behavior and negotiations, productivity and efficiency issues.

This event is in English. Simultaneous interpretation into Armenian will be provided. This event is open to public.
