Seminar: Assuring Quality in Large-Scale Projects – from Continuous Integration to Test Automation

This seminar is based on Sona Sahakyan’s experience in testing large-scale e-commerce platforms. Sona was involved in all aspects of Quality Assurance, from exploratory testing to test automation using Selenium 2, and other automation and continuous integration tools and frameworks. The presentation will cover the following topics:
- Basics of e-commerce platforms
- Testing strategies and concepts
- Continuous integration
- Testing phases
- Testing tools
Speaker:
Sona Sahakyan has been working in the software industry since 2011. Her experience includes software testing and test automation. For the past two years, Sona has been involved in large-scale system testing using advanced tools and modern processes. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics and Applied Mathematics and a Master’s degree from AUA in 2010 in Computer and Information Science, with a minor in Business Management.
