Is the Boss Always Right?

During this public talk AUA lecturer Mr. Ara Chalabyan will present his latest article – ‘Is the Boss always right?’ and what inspired him to write about 6 Cultural Challenges of Governance. The objective of talk is to share ideas and stories to help avoid traditional pitfalls and create healthy atmosphere around them.

AUA MBA program lecturer Mr. Ara Chalabyan is the Head of Internal Audit at Central Bank of Armenia and President of Institute of Internal Auditors – Armenia. He is a member of Institute Relations Committee at Global Institute of Internal Auditors in Florida. Recently he became also independent member of Audit Committee at Ministry of Finance of Armenia.

Ara is a graduate of Armenian Economic Development Program at Fletcher, earned his MBA degree from AUA and Bachelor degree from Yerevan State University. Ara is a member of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), IIA (Institute of Internal Auditors) and ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Association). He holds ACCA, CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CRMA (Certified in Risk Management Assurance) and CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Controls) certifications from those associations.
