Energy Risk Management

Energy Risk Management (ERM) introduces the complexity of energy markets, energy price modeling and their related risks. It also presents skills and knowledge of the tools and techniques used to measure and manage energy risk. ERM helps those in the energy realm to broaden their knowledge of the complex energy value chain. It sharpens their ability to identify, analyze and manage risks, and helps them to stay ahead of emerging industry trends. ERM also introduces models for risk assessment (market, financial, operational), mitigation and reduction in investment appraisal projects of renewable energy (PV, Wind power etc).

Tatevik K Margaryan is Head of Financial Control Division at VTB Bank Armenia and is enrolled in VTB Group’s Executive Management Institute’s Leadership program in cooperation with St. Petersburg State University. Tatevik has 10 years of financial industry work experience, including seven years in the Banking Sector (VTB, HSBC, Ardshin Bank). She has implemented various projects in field of engineering, energy and finance. Tatevik holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Systems Management (IESM) from AUA with Energy and Business Minors. She is certified in International Financial Reporting Standards by ACCA Global, UK.
