An Event to Benefit AUA LL.M. Program’s Technology & Legal Innovation Clinic

About the Event:
AUA’s LL.M. Program is proud to partner with the Armenian Bar Association to launch a new Technology and Innovation Legal Clinic. This clinic will provide counseling to IT and Engineering start-ups on a wide range of legal issues (company registration, contracting, understanding shares and legal protection of investment, intellectual property rights protection, working with investors, etc.). The launch is anticipated in Fall of 2018.
This will be the first clinic in Armenia to address the need for professional counseling in such a rapidly growing field, which requires legal professionals with technical specific knowledge and skills.
