ԴԱՐՁՐՈՒ ՏԱՏԻԿԻԴ ՀԱՅՏՆԻ | MAKE YOUR ARMENIAN GRANDMOTHER FAMOUS!

Ուղարկիր նրա բաղադրատոմսը կամ պատմությունը “Հազարտերևուկ նախագծին” մինչև 2017 թ. Ապրիլի 5-ը
Հազարտերևուկ նախագիծը` Հայկական բնապահպանական ցանցի և Հայաստանի ամերիկյան համալսարանի Յակոբեան բնապահպանական կենտրոնի համատեղ նախաձեռնությունը, ուղղված է քաղաքացի-գիտնականներին և հանդիսանում է աշխարհի հայերի կողմից օգտագործվող բույսերի և սնկերի հավաքագրման կայք: Այն հարթակ է, որտեղ մասնակիցները կարող են կիսվել իրենց բաղադրատոմսերով և պատմել պատմություններ, կապված բույսերի հարուստ տեսակների հետ, որ հայտնի է հայերին և կիրառվում է նրանց կողմից դարեր շարունակ:
Կայքը նաև կարևորում է կայուն բերքահավաքը, որպեսզի կանխարգելվի այնպիսի գործունեությունը, որ կարող է վտանգել ժողովրդական մշակույթի մեջ կարևոր դեր ունեցող արժեքավոր բուսատեսակները:
Ուղարկիր բաղադրատոմս կամ պատմություն մինչև ապրիլի 5-ը, որը հնարավորություն կտա այն ներկայացնել ՀԱՀ Էկոտուրիզմը Հայաստանում համաժողովին, որը տեղի կունենա 2017թ. ապրիլի 15-ին: Հաղթող բաղադրատոմերը կամ պատմությունները կներկայացվեն համաժողովի ժամանակ: Իհարկե, կարող եք ուղարկել ձեր բաղադրատոմսը կամ պատմությունը նշված ժամկետից հետո՝ ցանկացած պահի:
Submit her recipes or food stories to The Thousand Leaf Project by April 5, 2017.
The Thousand Leaf Project, a joint initiative of the Armenian Environmental Network (AEN) and the AUA Acopian Center for the Environment, is a citizen science website that serves as a resource for plants and mushrooms that are used by Armenians throughout the world. It is a platform where participants can share their recipes and tell their stories pertaining to the rich plant biodiversity that the Armenian people have known and utilized for centuries.
The website also stresses the importance of sustainable harvesting methods in order to prevent practices that can damage precious species of plants that have played a key role in our popular culture.
Submit your recipes or stories by April 5 for a chance to have them featured at the AUA Ecotourism Conference 2017 to be held on April 15! Winning entries will be showcased at the Conference. Of course, you can continue to submit anytime thereafter as you come across new recipes or stories.
