Human  Rights: How Can Prisons Contribute?

YEREVAN, Armenia – A seminar, organized by the College of Humanities and Social Sciences LL.M. Program, took place on November 25, focusing on the purpose of criminal sanctions and the rehabilitation of offenders.

The speaker was Phillip Taylor who has served in the Public Sector Prison Service in the United Kingdom for 35 years. During his presentation, Taylor focused on key factors leading to successful reintegration of offenders and other areas of concerns.
