College of Business and Economics Explores the World of Real Estate

YEREVAN, Armenia – On July 17, 2015, the American University of Armenia (AUA) College of Business and Economics (CBE) held a lecture on “The World of Real Estate,” with speakers Andy Golubitsky and Johnny Din.

The lecture covered the topic of Global Real Estate Investing and its attractiveness as an asset class and the key matrix to underwrite real estate. The speakers examined property investing on a global scale, using New York City as a case-study of an attractive place for development.

Andy Golubitsky is an Adjunct Associate Research Scholar at Columbia University, a Partner at DGC Real Estate, and a Kinne Fellow. Johnny Din is an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at New York University, an Adjunct Faculty Associate at Columbia University, and a Partner at DGC Real Estate.
